^That btw is everything I wanted growing up - and everything I tried to instil through entrepreneurship. I started Clownfish Events at 18 and the journey has been life changing... it shaped my view of absolutely everything.

Clownfish became a multi-million-pound company, listed #1 Sunday Times Best Place to Work. After 16.5 years of major growth (and discomfort), I left in Sept '25 aged 35.

A few (purpose-less) months later, here I am - with my own site (!) - wanting to put everything I’ve learned about work, life and leadership back into the world to help the next generation of leaders, workers and misfits alike 🥰
